How much is shipping?
The shipping rates are dependent on a number of factors. Please contact us for more information regarding this.
How long will it take to get my order?
Most work is available immediately, but some pieces (for example jewellery with sizing) need to be made to order. Delivery timeframes can vary depending on the artists’ availability.
We can provide an indication of availability during the ordering process.

Can I customise my chosen art piece/s?
Yes, many of our pieces can be customised, including according to colour/size and with some style variations e.g. our jewellery can be ordered in specific sizes and in different metals.

What does ‘REAL Aotearoa’ mean?
Aotearoa is the Māori name for ‘New Zealand’. The word ‘REAL’ has been used to reinforce our genuine and authentic made-in-New-Zealand pieces.
Each piece of work at REAL Aotearoa tells a story and reflects the places, people and passions that inspire our artists.

All of our pieces are made in and sourced from all over New Zealand.
